Using ProofRank
ProofRank is operated by Drishya Thapa. You can reach the operator at info@proofrank.net.
These terms describe the conditions for using ProofRank’s website checks, account workspace, submission process and public discovery pages. Use the service only in ways you are authorized to use it. If you act for an organization, you should have permission to submit its material and manage the relevant account.
The current preview includes features under development. A feature described as planned or unavailable is not an active service or a commitment to a delivery date. The interface should distinguish supported checks from external datasets that are not connected.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate information where requested and keep your sign-in methods and recovery material secure. Do not share access to a private workspace with someone who is not authorized to use it, impersonate another owner or attempt to access another person’s report.
A private report link does not grant access by itself. Its browser-issued access can expire or be lost when cookies are cleared. Domain ownership is established through the supported verification flow, not simply through registration, payment or knowledge of a website address.
Acceptable use
Do not use ProofRank to bypass access controls, probe internal networks, submit malicious payloads, overload the service or evade usage limits. Do not include credentials, private documents or confidential customer data in a website address, project description, prompt plan or problem report.
Do not submit deceptive projects, impersonate another business, manufacture review evidence or coordinate abusive reports. A security concern should be described through Report a problem without destructive testing or accessing information that belongs to someone else.
Understanding checks and results
ProofRank provides automated observations of supported publicly accessible website signals. A result describes the evidence available at the time of the check. Websites change, requests can be blocked and some evidence may be incomplete or unavailable.
A technical score or finding is not an endorsement, a certification of safety, a complete penetration test or a substitute for specialist advice. It does not guarantee accessibility compliance, search-engine placement, visitor growth or business results. Review the evidence and independently test changes before relying on them.
External backlink, keyword, traffic and AI datasets are not implied by an on-page report. A saved AI prompt plan does not mean a provider has run that question or observed a brand mention.
Project submissions and publication
When submitting project details, you should have the right to provide that material for review and, if approved, public display. Check the website address, name, category and description before submitting. A request to suggest details from a website does not make those suggestions automatically correct.
Analysis, submission, publication and ownership claiming are separate actions. A submission may need more information, be deferred or be declined. Publication depends on review and technical eligibility; the existence of a private report or account does not guarantee a listing.
Public information can be corrected, restricted or removed following a review or a change in eligibility. A problem report is an input to that process, not an automatic instruction to change a score or take a profile down.
Ownership and third-party material
Verifying a domain permits the supported owner tools for that domain; it does not establish ownership of every trademark or item of content on the website. Only claim domains you control and do not interfere with another owner’s verification.
Project names, logos, favicons and linked content may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in a profile does not imply an affiliation with ProofRank. Raise a specific concern through the relevant problem-report category if material is incorrect or used without authorization.
Plans and paid features
Paid checkout is not open in the current preview. Displayed monthly and annual prices describe planned options; they do not create a subscription, reserve capacity or activate unavailable features. Check the actual price, billing interval, included capacity and purchase terms if checkout becomes available.
Payment does not purchase a better measured result or organic leaderboard position. Any promotional visibility must be distinguishable from measured findings. No refund, cancellation or renewal terms for an unavailable purchase should be inferred from a preview pricing card.
Availability and changes
Access may be limited by anti-abuse checks, technical constraints, maintenance or the capacity available for a feature. Review estimates depend on actual reviewer availability and workload. An estimate is not a guaranteed publication date.
Features and supported methodology can change as ProofRank develops. Review the information shown with a result and compare dates and evidence when considering changes over time. Keep your own copies of information you need rather than treating a private report link as permanent storage.
Problems, corrections and restrictions
Use Report a problem for broken pages, account difficulties, accessibility barriers, inaccurate findings, ownership concerns, privacy requests or other issues. Provide a concise explanation and a relevant public URL where possible, then keep the confirmation reference.
Access may be restricted where needed to investigate abuse, protect users or enforce these conditions. A report does not guarantee an immediate response or a particular review outcome. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Open Report a problem or email info@proofrank.net for support. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, or access tokens.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be revised as the service changes. The version date at the top helps identify the text you are reading. Before using a newly enabled feature, review any additional terms presented for that feature and the related privacy information.
